Severe excruciating low back and leg pain.
Mimicking slipped disc
But MRI scan NORMAL
Admitted to Private hospital 3 times
No conclusive diagnosis and treatment
Patient was very upset
She learned about her back pain from net
..and she came to me saying...
"Oh dr I think I'm having Quardatus Lumborum muscle pain.... "
And i said..
"wow.. you are quite close.....actually you are having PSOAS MUSCLE strain..."
